Tim came out to help us track down a very difficult sewer line and was patient, thorough, and easy to work with throughout the process. In the end, we were able to locate everything we needed, including water, gas, cable, electric, and sewer lines, which gave us a much clearer understanding of the property.

The sewer line ended up requiring a tracer wire to fully identify, but Tim stayed persistent and solution oriented the whole time. I really appreciated the professionalism, communication, and willingness to work through a challenging locate instead of taking shortcuts. I encountered two employees: one came on behalf of the utilities to locate the lines serving our neighbors on the easement, the second was for our the utilities on our private lot. Both were incredibly professional polite and efficient.

As to the private location, not only were they able to get to us quickly, they were incredibly punctual, well-priced, and Isaac is amazing!
I understand that they can't advertise the service he used to locate our water line that doesn't have a trace wire, but WOW!

Use this company! i called them last minute and needed them to quickly to do a locate, Kathy was amazing and was able to schedule me next day, when they went to do the locate, Mark called to assure everything was done as needed, he took pictures and sent them to me, went over what he found, everyone was friendly and easy to talk to. View Locating a couple of times, always delighted with the job, the professionalism of the crew, the excellent and timely communication.  You know, the kinds of things that a company that cares will do well (and a rare thing anymore).

I had them out to isolate an underground electrical fault, which was kind of time critical.  They were out within a day, on time and ready to roll.  This was a tricky locate, I definitely appreciate the work, but also Tim was just great to work with.  Certainly will recommend to anyone who needs location services, Mt.
