I work for Gates Underground and I have been with the company for about 3 years and we use Mt. View locating and we have not hit one located or unlocated or mislocated pipe when USIC and ELM are often OFF by a few feet. I do not share the experience of the other reviewers. After reading their reviews, I have a hard time believing a lay person would believe a locating service could isolate the one leak on an old metal water line or that a locating service could find a plastic water line.
