Professional, competent, and immediately responsive to our service needs on Bainbridge Island. Extremely helpful services that enabled us to plant trees and build a fence without damaging underground utilities. Eric came to our house and was very informative and pleasant. Great representative of the company. Highly recommend Mt. View Locating Services.

We had a great experience with Mt. View Locating Services, LLC. Tim came out to help us track down a very difficult sewer line and was patient, thorough, and easy to work with throughout the process. In the end, we were able to locate everything we needed, including water, gas, cable, electric, and sewer lines, which gave us a much clearer understanding of the property.

The sewer line ended up requiring a tracer wire to fully identify, but Tim stayed persistent and solution oriented the whole time. I really appreciated the professionalism, communication, and willingness to work through a challenging locate instead of taking shortcuts. Very happy with the results and would absolutely recommend them.

I almost wish I had more stuff to locate!
I encountered two employees: one came on behalf of the utilities to locate the lines serving our neighbors on the easement, the second was for our the utilities on our private lot. Both were incredibly professional polite and efficient.

As to the private location, not only were they able to get to us quickly, they were incredibly punctual, well-priced, and Isaac is amazing!
I understand that they can't advertise the service he used to locate our water line that doesn't have a trace wire, but WOW!

Thanks Mt. View Locating Services, it was truly a pleasure.

I have used Mt. View Locating a couple of times, always delighted with the job, the professionalism of the crew, the excellent and timely communication. You know, the kinds of things that a company that cares will do well (and a rare thing anymore).

I had them out to isolate an underground electrical fault, which was kind of time critical. They were out within a day, on time and ready to roll. This was a tricky locate, I definitely appreciate the work, but also Tim was just great to work with. Certainly will recommend to anyone who needs location services, Mt. View Locating Services is really the best!
